Pros

The vacation weeks Staff are nice

Cons

What I have noticed is that upper management does not know how to handle the growing pains. In my opinion, they do nothing to support staff. rules change constantly and you're either told last minute, or not told at all. They constantly hire new staff, but they still have a long waitlist. They become over staffed, and send staff home. They cancel client sessions due to a staffing shortage. Nothing is consistent. Upper management is not supportive and does not treat employees well. Upper management is manipulative and very unprofessional in my experience. Promotions are only given to favorites. True colors will be shown. During my time at Aspire Learning Center, I noticed the growing pains made the company chaotic and extremely unorganized, and everything is handled poorly. Communication is poor. upper management does not take responsibility; they point the finger to anyone else but themselves for any company short comings. I do not believe Aspire Learning Center is the "family" as they claim they are. Aspire Learning Center is a stepping stone company, not good to be at long term.

Pros

I have had the opportunity to work on highly engaging cases that present complex challenges and offer limitless possibilities for creative, individualized, and impactful intervention.

Cons

The lack of consistent supervision and effective management, which has contributed to low staff morale. When concerns about inappropriate actions or decisions were reported, there was little to no follow through, and meaningful change did not occur. This absence of accountability and responsiveness made it difficult to maintain trust in leadership and impacted the overall work environment.
