Really pleased with the direction of the company as set out by the CEO. Best group of people I have ever worked with, amazingly smart and competent coworkers. Startup opportunity with a culture of sensible, pragmatic problem solving.
Cons
The problem they are trying to solve is really hard. Assembly is undermanned relative to the problem (and size of the opportunity). The stress here comes from trying to figure out pragmatic near-term solutions to difficult issues.
