ACS is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The biggest perk for me personally is that amount of autonomy the company provides. You're more than welcome to initiate projects that would grow the company. The company really invest in its employees. They send you to professional seminars to enhance your skills and they have courses available in the office as well. The office environment is laid back as well; there is no uniform you can pretty much wear anything you want as you want as long as you're well groomed and appropriate. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. Occasionally our boss has game nights and fun team activities to help strengthen relationships with our co workers.

Working on spreadsheets can be a bit monotonous but as long as you take some breaks here and there you can overcome the tediousness. I think a more structured training program is need so that employees don't feel overwhelmed and helps them reach management positions quicker and take on more responsibilities.
