All-over experience: one gets to work front-end, but also dig deeper into underwriting and analytics; if anyone has an idea or project to attract clients (or investors) it is discussed and in most cases put into productions. Everyone gets to develop all sort of hard and soft skills, and it is never boring!

Any position requires a good degree of soft skills - so may be not a good placement for someone more interested in just analytics. Schedule is very flexible, but sometimes highly dependent on what's going on with the client.

This was my first job in the industry, so I started as an intern, supervisor trained me and explained every step of the way. Very supportive! After the internship (4 months) I was offered a full-time position, with more responsibilities, but more fascinating as well. Great opportunity to learn!

Internship is commission based, so it was few weeks until I got my first pay.
