Pros
My coworkers are cool. This has nothing to do with the company and the only good thing I can think of which is sad.
Cons
Pay is low. The amount of responsibilities grow without pay increase. They have a mandatory Turn period where you have to work for 3 straight weeks with “overtime” to make ready all the units which is what it is. But on the last week of Turn, hours before timesheets are finalized, they suddenly had to remove 30mins off everyday for lunch for “legal reasons”. The first 2 weeks were no issue, but suddenly we all get docked hours that reduces our overtime on our $10 wages. They have been holding all of our commission checks hostage. Supposedly commission payout is paid in 2 payments. The first, smaller, half is paid before Turn. The second, larger, half is supposed to be paid after Turn. Before turn started we were told we would be paid the week after. Once Turn ended Aug 19th, they told us we wouldn’t get our commission checks until Oct (no specific date). We all responded with outrage and now they’re backpedaling saying they can MAYBE pay in Sept (no specific date). Thing is you can’t just quit and get your commission with your final check. When you quit, they treat that as a forfeit of your commission and it gets distributed to the remaining employees. So I know they’re being awful and pushing the date back to get us to quit so they don’t have to pay anything. Tl;dr don’t work here unless you want to be overworked, underpaid, being treated like you’re expendable, and scammed.
