Pros
Can sit back in meetings as the same few dudes talk to each other and puff up their chests. It is a weird circle and the new leadership supports and perpetuates the meetings and reviews where nothing advances and people pat each other on the back for no real accomplishments.
Cons
Nothing gets done. Teams have gone 2 years without releasing anything and just keep pointing blame. IT team doesn't push back on pointless iterations. Use Production to test designs and forces bad decisions to the users without being vetted by a normal process.
