      Most people are nice and friendly, company hosts fun events

      Cons

      AMK fails to innovate and is years behind in product development and improving internal operations. The pay is very low compared to the rest of the Bay Area, attracting the appropriate level of talent, especially the mid-level management.

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
