      - An opportunity to learn various responsibilities across different roles, thus keeping the job exciting and interesting - Traveling\working abroad on various e-learning projects for some well known clients - Interesting technical issues to solve

      Cons

      - The salary is low in comparison to the industry standard, and it does not reflect well the number of responsibilities a Senior Product Consultant is expected to deal with - No regular paid for training courses to learn the latest technologies and authoring tools within the e-learning industry

      Management changes now truly focused on employees and core business. Every employee truly empowered and making a difference. Very positive place to work.

      Employees need to be adaptable to change and be able to take on additional responsibilities outside their core role.

      The team is excellent, the technology is amazing, and the opportunity is good.

      Cons

      The turnaround is fast; if you do not bring in the business as quickly as possible, you are out. The sales cycle is 9-12 months.
