Good working environment Management is polite and helping

Salary is not on time. But, since last 3 months its on time On parking available HR & Admins are not courteous and responsive. They do as they feel like and doesn't help in solving employees grievances No learning Unneccasary wastage of money on useless things

Good Management Support, Guidance and Opportunities to Learn and develop your skills and Career Development for better future prospects.

I don't see any downside for this Company. In Fact, we are in Lot to grow more.
