Pros
Great people to work with. Every month there was a mandatory town hall meeting in which Phil Flynn would share information with all colleagues, I always thought it was very informative and loved being kept in the loop. Lots of medical plans to choose from. Free annual health assessments.
Cons
You could feel the separation between departments. Working in downtown GB, us little people had to park our vehicles blocks away from the office. If you want direct deposit, you have to have an ABC account, it makes sense (being that you work for ABC) but it can be inconvenient if you have banked with a different institution for years.
