Pros
I've been here almost two years. Managements commitment to continuous education and training have inspired me to pursue 3 certifications. They really want us to be experts in our field so that together we can make a difference in the organization. There is no doubt that I feel valued.
Cons
At this time, no complaints, been pleased with work-life balance and the continuous support. Perhaps better support from a technology perspective as there are newer resources that would improve our efficiency, but these are currently in the works.
