Cons
This place is a revolving door. Once your probation period ends your are suspect to be targeted for the bi-weekly firing squad for any slip or reason (Florida law baby!). Very tense environment with angry attorneys where management and partners dominate every aspect. The office is also micromanaged which encumbers any freedom to work as you choose. Monitored with cameras which the upper management checks from home. There are very few long time members who are already in the clique.
