- opportunity to work autonomously - flexible schedule - great team to be a part of - bonuses and salary increases

- 60%- 70% commuting to greater bay area (traffic is just horrible) - my starting salary - benefits (not family friendly, I would need to work 2 years before including them in my benefits package)
