Pros

- Sueldo decente. -Beneficios (pedidos ya, descuento en gym) - Excelente trato, muy humanos. - Los managers son un amor. - Además de los días de vacaciones, tenés asignados algunos días off que podés tomarte.

Cons

- Trabajo muy quemador. En días de mucho trabajo llegué a atender más de 100 llamadas, una atrás de la otra. - Algunos clientes son insoportables y discriminadores (son de EE.UU.). - Muy poco tiempo de break y de almuerzo.

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
