Pros

These are long-term Work from Home positions

Cons

Equipment provided and software used is prone to having problems. IT is really bad. HR is overly friendly with management. Training is not geared towards learning. Most are dependent on team chats to get surface answers. People that would train are on the phones too so there’s no chance to fix it. Managers rarely respond. Morale is low. There’s a culture of cliques and misrepresentation. It’s stressful because it seems like nothing is designed to work together. It burns you out so much that you just spend your time off recovering.

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
