Pros
Great benefits, cafeteria morning and afternoon, beautiful campus with security, depending on what you do the pay is competitive. Nice culture, inclusive.
Cons
Most of the leadership grew from the bottom (which is great) but without much management and leadership training. So they are like kids with power for the first time; promoting friends and making decisions that hurt the employees and the company. They think it's ok because in their heads they are bosses and can decide what they want. Assurant is inclusive when it comes to hiring. I can't tell if they are when it comes to promoting.
