Pros
Encourages work/life balance, fair salaries, wonderful (and immediate) benefits, great people. Very flexible hours, especially for those who work on client accounts and tend to be "on call" 24/7 depending on the client. Also depending on the team, management takes a very hands-off approach and gives employees the tools they need to make decisions and get things done.
Cons
It can be all about who you know in order to get things done, rather than what's best for the clients.
