Pros

Starting pay, benefits, hours of operation, great co-workers, job security, on-site cafeteria and fitness center, easy parking situation, great trainers.

Cons

Micromanagement, completely unrealistic expectations for handle time, understaffed, extremely low pay increases (less than the cost of inflation), little to no room for advancement. Out of touch Managers who are not intelligent enough/trained enough to even do the job of their employees!

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
