The paid time off is pretty good. The benefits are OK....just OK!!!

EXTREME MICROMANAGEMENT!!!!!! It's all about who you know, not what you know! Moving up in the company was easy for those with a "lighter" complexion!! I kept being told that I needed to learn another client in order to be progressed; however, I was trained on a MINIMUM of 7 clients already, while people who only worked 2 clients were being promoted!! You will receive "threatening" emails about having to work "mandatory" overtime, or else!!!! (I didn't want to be there for my regular shift, so I was definitely not working overtime and NOTHING HAPPENED! It's just a scare tactic they use.) They don't care about their employees, they are only concerned about the numbers, so that they could get raises and bonuses!!! They don't like anyone who takes up for themselves, but if you are their puppet, you will go far!!! The pay was extremely low, especially for someone who had been there as long as myself! Whenever someone from the cooperate office was visiting, upper management because extremely FAKE!!! They would come by smiling, laughing, and chatting with us, but on a normal day, they will walk by you like you don't exist!!!

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
