Very weak upper management. Unless you are a white male, little chance of Senior Management role.

Cons
There is almost no opportunity for growth.
The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
