Leadership is trusting and never micromanages. The company focuses on doing what is best for the clients and this positive can do attitude makes it a rewarding place to work. The work is difficult and challenging and never boring. My supervisor is awesome. He never interferes and he always helps me overcome obstacles to my success right away.
