All cons related to working for a small company with the added bonus of an Indian-based parent company. Too many onshore positions being replaced with offshore contractors. Feeling more and more like an offshore company with poor product quality.
Company has only two major customers that are paying the bills. They are miserable to work with and over-demanding which leads to long hours and constant pressure. If they lost either one of them, this ship would sink. Company is getting extremely top heavy. Start investing in talent instead of over-priced talking heads that do nothing but micro-manage.
Benefits package is not good if you have a young family. And there is no coverage until 30 days after you join. No career advancement as positions are constantly being replaced or eliminated. Pay increases have drastically declined over the years regardless of your contributions. Wish I knew all this before I joined.
