Pros

they will pay for new agents' licensing which is industry standard so it's not really a pro.

Cons

The work culture, the laughable benefits, and the below-standard pay structure. This agency wants you to sell outbound cold calls and pay commissions at a lower rate than agencies that have you work with actual warm leads. They gaslight you about the lead quality, performance metrics, and marketing and then make you push Groupon-level ancillary insurance just to pay a low flat fee for your work. The worst thing is the leadership and the holier-than-thou attitude they carry about themselves. If you're a serious person, someone with experience I say stay away. and for those who want to get their foot into the door of health insurance, this place is good for a few months and that's it.

Pros

Everything is provided, from software, leads, and lunch. Everyone gets over 2 weeks PTO per year plus 8-10 holidays. I also love Fridays, they cater food and we only work till 130pm.

Cons

I don't have any cons to share currently.

Pros

Good base pay and commission for a 3 month contract

Cons

Promised lots of OT but we ended everyday hours early. Most calls were non-qualifying for the plans especially from 3rd party transfers. Barely any training on how to use the systems especially when it came to updating prior customers info for new year. No transparency from leadership. Took forever for them to get state licensing approved. Most areas you couldn't even sell any plans because they couldn't get the licensing approved in that state or for the insurance companies so even though your producer license has you approved for that state you still couldn't sell anything.
