Pros
Some of the other line level employees that worked there at the time were amazing people...however, I kept in touch with most of them and they all have been let go. The health benefits were decent with 80% personal coverage for myself paid for by the company. I had to pay full price for coverage for my spouse.
Cons
This company does not value the line-level employees at all. After initial training (of approximately 4 days), there is no furthering of education. You will need to bother your team mates for answers most of the time. Sales made were in the thousands of dollars and there was NO commission paid initially. Within a few weeks of joining the sales team, they implemented a $20 commission per sale. On average, sales took many hours of total interaction (over several phone calls, getting to the decision makers, etc.) and we were paid a decent (slightly low) hourly wage especially for Southern California wages. We were expected to produce big numbers no matter what, and whether you did or did not produce, you were likely to be let go.
