They are flexible with your hours, and offer a lot of hours for anyone seeking OT. Met some good people work there.

From the supervisors all the way to the management and upper management don’t support there workers, if you are looking for growth opportunity this is not the place. The pay is terrible to begin with considering the workload they expect out of you. Only way to get real recognition is to be a kiss up and even that won’t get you a real raise. HR will ALWAYS side with management. Unrealistic standards are set for the workers and they treat you as a lesser if you work in production and especially warehouse. I’d be very careful applying here if you’re a prideful person because the management has much ego and it’s very clicky in terms of who gets recognized. They minimize your accomplishments and success and reward big paydays for the company with pizza. (One slice per person) also the inventory is so inaccurate that there is no way this place isn’t doomed to fall, the company is scared to eat their losses and will continue to head in a downward slope. The GM hires former employees that can’t do no wrong in his eyes. You’re basically a slave working here!
