      Flexible working (hybrid). Good team members.

      Cons

      No diversity. Male dominant leadership. Japan focused leadership. Internal communication is bad. Never ending company restructuring for the past 3 years.

      Good benefits, not many layoffs

      Cons

      Managers are hit or miss. Lots of favoritism not based on performance and they tend to hire 22 year olds with no knowledge of sales, making the company less valuable and sales reps to have bad reputations with doctors. Makes sense why there’s constant lawsuits. Salaries also aren’t competitive
