A young startup with terrible management/principles - Software Development Engineer I Astra Security Employee Review

- Management styles are wildly different between the 3 top individuals - CTO & CEO are frequently disrespectful to employees they consider 'stupid' - Standard practice is to hire students fresh out of college who don't complain about bad practices - Company is happy to outsource core parts of their (security!) business over the internet - Management is happy to waltz in at 3pm and then complain about employees being late - No source of learning (senior developers) in terms of software development
