Pros

Excellent breadth of experience if you're open to it. Some good people. Good networking since your coworkers will all be leaving for new companies soon. Country club atmosphere.

Cons

Utter lack of respect for younger employees. Bafflingly low salaries for skilled jobs. (I was literally referred to multiple times by upper management as "cheap labor") Zero opportunities for advancement. Lack of consistency with important policies like vacation time, performance reviews, and raises.

Pros

Good experience and friendly colleagues.

Cons

Too many projects for such few resources. Lack of recognition and compensation. Upper management micromanages the team and pull in timelines to meet revenue goals rather than commitments to the customer. They say they want the best engineers and managers, but they dont pay well enough to keep any of them. Lots of inexperienced people puts pressure on those who are experienced to constantly train new people. Management too slow to act on promotions and compensation on the rare occasion that it does happen. All those decisions are made by one person and if you are not in their good graces, start looking for another job. There are so many good people that are suffering under this regime.
