While the work culture in india generally reflects this, it may actually benefit your career to put in longer hours at a company that people know, doing work that matters - which is 100% not the case here. 3. they pay below market rate and convince you they are offering the best deal. not the case. do not fall for it. if you want to work for chump change (at any level, entry, mid, senior), then sure, why not. 4. high attrition rates - both employees and clients.
