If your deal is worth 3000 in revenue, Oh no, you wont have 3000 on their score board. You will have substantially less, because they calculate based on the Rev you will be paid comission on. NOONE in the sales industry does this. ISolved, UKG, ADP, even small company resellers, all measure your revenue by your actual revenue of products and services sold. Not after Operations takes its cut and only the recurring Rev is left. So stop being old school Asure. Measure revenue for what it is actually worth in your Crm database. All the reps hate this. It is almost like you want reps to have lower revenue recorded. Change to properly show revenue like everyone else does.
