Pros

Free lunches, great exposure to plenty of patients with different conditions, you can learn a lot from therapist who are willing to teach

Cons

The pay, the pay the pay. This is not a job where you sit down, you are moving most of the time and you are required to learn many things before you become a competent aide. The amount that is required for you to do does not compensate for what you get paid for. Plus not all managers are smart.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
