      Autonomy. Immense team of knowledgeable individuals that are willing to help out in a pinch, help cover overflow, or answer any questions. Core values. Pleasant work environment. Employees put in position to succeed. The demands of the job are reasonable.

      Cons

      You'll have to ask for help if you need it; no one is going to babysit you.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
