      Pros

      Great for getting experience in the rehab field. You can learn a lot in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      Lack of training on modalities. Low pay for the amount of work that aides perofrm. Not enough aides at times.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
