Wished office schedule was 9-5

-Great team of talented (but extremely overworked) people

-Globally, this company has no modern SOPs, so workflows are chaos and team is constantly set up for failure. -Work/life balance is not good; No technical designers or product developers, each designer is expected to do the job of a full team by themselves. -Senior Leadership just yells at problems without any offer to solve issues (possibly because they do not know how to develop, lead, and manage a company at this scale) -Little to No Benefits (Health insurance is really expensive so most people get their own. Used to provide office snacks and hybrid/wfh options but discontinued both, claiming the cost was too high...)
