Horrible Management Style, Poor Leadership, Confused Strategy - Engineer Athos Employee Review

Lack of a clear vision on direction leads to frequent 180s and frustration with major wasting time and effort. Senior and mid level management style is really toxic, top down , closed door, do what your told style, especially in Hardware dept. People that speak out (often with very valid, balanced points of view) are usually shut down, and if they persist often are let go. I've heard evidence for significant pay inequality for women vs men also.
