      Good to adding experiance. fresher can gain experiance to add in cv.

      Cons

      Not employee friendly. Always walk in and online interviews goes on. They expects lots of works in a basic salary. people join and leave in training period due to mismanagement. They will say you for incentive but its unachievable. I will never recommend anyone to join this company.

      Pros

      I have been working into IT Industry for many years and I had a oppourtunity to woth Atidiv for couple of IT Projects and It was worth working with them. Best Work life Balance Best and Supportive management I wish to join back Atidiv and work with this company again and many more....

      Cons

      I did not come across any issues when I was working so there are no CONS.
