Pros
The main office location is very central and easily accessible. The people are very friendly and great to work with. Leadership is excellent, the Senior Management Team are very helpful and value new ideas
Cons
Parking at main office is so limited You only get 2 week holidays per year (after 1 full year of service). This increases with years of service. Hybrid working no longer an option? (Not sure if this is for everyone or on a one by one basis)
