- The compensation is competitive and the schedule has done a lot of good for my family. I don't think the company knows how thankful I am for this.

- The company is poised to expand. I suspect there will be career opportunities.
- I have a great manager (for now) that keeps a lot of the management redderick at bay so I can focus on doing my job supporting the operators and managing the technical aspects of the plant.
Cons
- The company sometimes feels like it is in startup mode. It can be difficult to find which department or person responsible for a particular aspect of a job and there are still disconnections in the information flow.
- Training is poor and the rules are not consistently enforced. Common sense must be verified sometimes prior to taking action.
