      super toxic work culture , micromanaging, layoffs every week, no opportunities for interns , no work life balance

      Great networking Lots of hands on learning TONS of opportunity but only if you go out of your way to take advantage of your resources

      Cons

      Little structure You will not learn anything if you don't go out of your way to talk to superiors Unpaid...which adds up quickly in Manhattan
