Employee Review - Property Manager Atlantic Residential Employee Review

Little to no support from senior management, coupled with unrealistic expectations. Some expectations are unachievable given the level of corporate support offered. Corporate and Regional management micromanage team members and do not have faith in them to complete basic job functions. There is no semblance of work/life balance and requirement or strongly encouraged to work long hours. The Chicago region has a high level of turnover and I believe this is a direct correlation to the senior management in charge of this region.
