Lost opportunity - Category Manager Atlantis Management Group Employee Review

Atlantis continues to innovate in areas such as convenience stores, gas stations, loyalty programs, and its very own mobile/desktop delivery service. It is particularly interesting because many of the individuals working here come from very different backgrounds and have the ability to see problems from a different perspective due to their training.

There are no noteworthy issues that I've experienced working here.

I had a great manager but that's rare. They worked with my hours available and was very understanding and tried hard despite people above them.

Stressful for everyone. Seeing my manager always sick and stressed. Low pay with high crazy expectations. Nothing was ever good enough. If you accomplish anything, it's never good job but always "why didn't you do this too" from higher ups. If your a manager you have to work 55 hours when other places are 44-48. Most higher ups have a mentality that you can't say no to anything. You're just another number to them.
