Cons
Poor management, often times never aligned with other hire ups. This followed up with multiple personnel in management not aligned with direction of the plant, working in multiple directions. Personnel are thrown into the job with basic standard operating procedures, contract will contradict SOP or is very unclear on scope of work. Company processes are dated and time wasting.

Cons
Managers are too “wise”
You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated)
Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness.
Managers do not understand processes
USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers.
Discrimination
They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
