      Dishonest Work Schedule , Condescending management , Unprofessional Workplace , Lack Of Proper Training , Lack of Accurate Blueprints & Work Instructions Lack of Ergonomics & Human Factoring In Workflow , illequipped with the Proper Tools , Sharing of Tools involved with Tools you need , Impeding On your Workflow. Frequently Runs Out Of Important Parts/ Fasteners / Components For Production Before realizing they Are Depleted. management Takes no accountability Of their Mistakes. Gave People False Hopes Of Growing within the company.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
