Pros
Pay is roughly 10% higher than standard(but working hour is 9 hrs excluding lunch break) There are 1-2 good project manager/lead still exist, if you are lucky you could work with them.
Cons
Only thing that matters is how many hours you work/stay late at office Project managers do not encourage open ideas No body writes unit test There is no code coverage People still use old school version control, most of the people do have any clue how tech industry has moved on Nothing called continuous integration Old and horribly slow work station Canteen does not have minimum facility Absolutely unhygienic rest rooms
