Great leadership with lots to learn from them, humble people all around the company with everyone willing to help at an instant. Lots of new technology used to reduce manual reporting work that traditional recruitment teams use. variety of clients to work with so there are amazing interactions with proven leaders from all over the world and exposure to a variety of work cultures. Diverse workforce which is settled globally. Great learning overall and good benefits too!
Cons
Remote working means awkward client meetings. Onboarding can be much better. I guess it is a challenge bringing on remote employees but it will get better for sure since all teams are very active and helpful. Work can be intense for those who like a relaxed work life.
