Pros
Good benefits, appropriately long training, possible room to move up, lots of free food, most supervisors are very helpful
Cons
If a supervisor isn’t available, the people you ask for help aren’t always helpful. There’s a VERY wide range of customers from very kind to extremely hateful. You have to develop a thick skin, more than half of my training class quit within the first year.
