Cons
Job scope : Approach each customer in the store and convince them to download and make payment using the app on the spot in order to get commission ( only new users ). A RM 10/ 15 discount will be given to new user. Challenges that prevent customers from making payment using the app 1. Poor Wi-fi and data connection in the store 2. Sensitive info needed like IC and bank card 3. Time consuming for those who are rushing ( from download to entering info to making payment ) Cons 1. No direct customer service ( only via an email address ) 2. the huge number of existing users, low footfall, poor signal connection 3. tiring and require lots of courage 4. Some Unfriendly customers 5. Work alone with no proper guidance and training ( only online briefing ) 6. Handle stress and unexpected situation like system down
