Pros
The deadlines are reasonable. The pay is middle-of the-road, but sustainable. My bosses and directors/producers are kind, fun and non-invasive. I've never had a bad coordinator. They really help my project run smoothly. I really respect their charity and Lunch & Learn initiatives. They have been very flexible about working from home.
Cons
Benefits are middling to low (2,000 per year health fund to cover everything.) Management says they want to try new things or let people move between projects, but the pipeline and small departments make changing things quite difficult. We won't likely see any real-time engines integrated into the pipeline any time soon. New techniques or technologies are slow to materialize.
