Pros

There are many positives to this company which I didn't know were possible to have in a job including: Remote working, a work from home budget, almost weekly learning and development time with a budget to put towards courses, fair pay and great holiday allowance. On a personal level my favourite things about the company besides the remote working opportunities and the friendly team is the company's compassion and understanding that things happen to employees where they may need accommodations. Whether it's a medical emergency, a vet trip, or something just suddenly came up, the company is always very compassionate and understanding. I also love the company's commitment to giving back to the community through supporting interns from minority groups and having volunteer days such as tree planting! I feel very luck to work for a company that cares about their staff's wellbeing and can make accommodations where needed. I can't think of a better agency to work for!

Cons

Faces struggles that any agency would face but Atomic Smash actively takes steps to check in with their employees and steps to resolve any issues they are aware of.

Pros

The people who work here tend to be really nice people with the exception of some bad fits. Work flexibility Good kit Fun socials

Cons

Lack of diversity and care to have a diverse workforce Poor management Cohorts of people leave every 2 years because management will not take the feedback given on board which creates an awkward sometimes toxic environment Happily gaslighting employees so that no responsibility has to be taken when concerns are raised
