Not enough training before starting

It was great getting to know the residents

-Incredibly Understaffed -Coworkers were noticeably intoxicated(while care for residents and handling medication) -Rushed me through training -On multiple occasions did not lit a resident contact their family or access a phone -Other staff were rude and condescending to residents
